Alison and I are the team, so you will always deal directly with us not an assistant. You will always experience real estate professionals working for you. We have a combined 20 years of real estate experience in Boulder County and Denver which make us very knowledgeable about lots of different areas. Some areas we specialize in are: Downtown Boulder, student housing in and around the University of Colorado Campus, Gunbarrel (northeast Boulder), Louisville, Indian Peaks in Lafayette (where we live), Highlands in northwest Denver. We work with Buyers, Sellers, developers and investors and are committed to a successful transaction no matter what the market conditions. Whether it is a single family residence, condo, town home, new construction, investment property or development, we pride ourselves on giving you the facts and a non-emotional opinion, never telling you just what you want to hear.

We will work very hard to sell your property, using everything at our disposal that makes sense for you. This includes internet marketing campaign, direct mail, professional photos and virtual tour and our knowledge in pricing the property appropriately. Our goal with a buyer is to get to know their wants and needs so we can save you time and aggravation. With our understanding of the market, it makes for a pain free and yes, even fun experience.

After working with all sorts of clients and projects I think the most fun Alison and I have is working with first time home buyers. Helping them chart their way through the process and finally to the closing table, then handing them the keys and congratulating them on owning their first home is a very satisfying experience for us. I think part of the reason Alison and I are so successful (# 1 in sales at Four Star Realty in 2005 and among the top producers every year) is because we truly care.

Alison and I have been living in Colorado for a combined 27 years and loving every minute. We are blessed to have a beautiful family, Ruby our daughter, our two sons Jonah and Tiger and Jelly Roll our big lovable chocolate Lab. We love it here as much as you do and if you are new to the area we know you will love it too.
