Dan Estey brings over eight years of Boulder real estate experience to Four Star. Dan has closed over 200 residential transactions in addition to working with several local businesses for their commercial real estate needs. Dan was recognized nationally by Realtor Magazine as one of "30 under 30" real estate brokers in the country and was consistently ranked in the top 2% of national Coldwell Banker agents prior to joining Four Star.

A large portion of Dan's residential brokerage business has been built around strong relationships he has cultivated in the community from working with a variety of Buyers and Sellers with diverse needs. One of the niche markets he has achieved great success with is with parents of University of Colorado at Boulder students and parents acquiring and selling properties while attending college. He is also personally invested in this market and has worked with a number of investors in acquiring and disposing their assets in this market.

Dan is active member in the Boulder County Rental Housing Association where he serves as the president. He is also involved with the city of Boulder rental license housing code update committee. He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate having completed all of his course work in anticipation of receiving this designation in the near future. Dan holds a bachelors degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder's College of Business.

After arriving in Boulder over a decade ago while on vacation from his native state of Maine, Dan got hooked on mountain biking and can be found out riding when not pursuing real estate endeavors.
