There is so much joy in helping people find a home. I love talking to my clients and identifying their wants, needs and dreams. Whether it is a first time home-owner, a seasoned investor, or someone buying a vacation home – finding the right place is the greatest feeling. It’s not just about shopping the MLS and finding a match. The tough part comes after – writing a solid contract, negotiating the terms, and protecting my clients’ interests is just part of my role to them. I want to make sure it is a good fit for them functionally, aesthetically, financially and fulfills all of their requirements.
When it comes time to sell their home, I am equally passionate. Identifying the right listing price, staging a home appropriately, and giving my sellers as much visibility to the market is of the utmost priority. After all, selling a home is a critical step to a seller’s journey on to something else. If I can’t sell a home, I’m keeping my sellers from moving on to another stage in their lives.
I’m also passionate about my family. My husband, Jay and I have 3 kids, ages: 21, 15 and 4. They keep us busy and on our toes with excitement 24/7. It gives me a unique perspective to have children who are going through every stage of growing up. I’m also close to my extended family, even though we are physically located around the country. My 81 year young mom is my hero and still teaching me how to be a better human being every day.
In addition to being a Realtor, my husband and I develop real estate on the Front Range and mountain areas. Everything from affordable, multi-family houses to high-end, luxury mountain homes. I believe real estate is a great investment whether it is for your own residence, income property or second home. I have lived on the front range since 1997. First, in Centennial and currently in Boulder. I love living in Colorado and living and investing here over many years have helped me get to know the area and better serve new buyers and sellers.
