Please print out and complete an application for each person that will be living at the property.
Once the application(s) is completed, please fax it to our office at (303) 443-1440, email it to
leasing@fourstarrealty.com or drop it off at our Pearl Street office located on the corner of 20th and Pearl Street.
We charge a Non Refundable $35.00 application fee per person, which is due when you drop off your application(s). Or you can follow this paypal link to pay your $35 application fee online.
Most application(s) will take 48-72 hours to process. Obtaining landlord references and employer verifications can delay the process.
